Limestone Calcination Plant Overview
Lime is produced through high-temperature calcination of limestone. While limestone deposits are widespread globally, only select formations meet industrial purity standards. True limestone must contain at least 50% calcium carbonate, while dolomitic limestone contains 30-45% magnesium carbonate.
