Solid Waste Rotary Drying Machine Overview
The Solid Waste Rotary Dryer is engineered for efficient drying of various waste materials including municipal garbage, wastewater treatment sludge, organic waste, and other discarded materials. This industrial drying solution features advanced thermal processing technology for optimal moisture removal.
Working Principle
Solid waste enters the drying unit where positive and negative guiding and lifting boards work in conjunction with rotary drums to create a fluidized bed effect. Material boils within the cylinder, ensuring complete contact with hot air throughout the drying process. The unique "W + S"-type reciprocating movement pattern provides six times the drying path length of conventional dryers, maximizing drying efficiency.
