The PCX fine impact crusher incorporates advanced domestic and international technology, representing the latest generation of highly efficient small aggregate crushers developed for concrete operating conditions. This equipment processes various medium-hardness solid materials including limestone, paste, chamotte, and mixed materials in the cement industry. It can also crush calcium phosphide, dolomite, and pearl ore, making it widely applicable in building materials, chemical fertilizer, mining, and fire-proof material industries.
Applications
This crusher is suitable for processing granite, basalt, cement clinker, quartz, emery, iron ore, bauxite, and other materials. It features large production capacity, long-lasting hammerhead service life, and environmental protection with energy conservation. The pebbles fine crushing capability overcomes the limitation of traditional sandstone equipment that only handles soft rock (under 150MPa).
Working Principle
When operating, the crusher's rotor rotates rapidly powered by the motor. Materials are initially crushed by the impact of the rotor's hammer in the first crushing zone, then undergo secondary fine crushing in the second zone before being discharged from the output.
