Four Roller Crusher Overview
The Series 4PG Four Roller Crusher is engineered for efficient secondary and fine crushing of medium-hard materials in industrial applications including cement production, chemical processing, power generation, metallurgy, building materials, and refractory manufacturing.
Key Applications
This double grinding crushing machine effectively processes materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, and other industrial minerals, delivering consistent particle size reduction down to 2mm.
Working Principle
The four roller crusher operates on compression principles with four synchronized rollers rotating toward the adjustable gap between them. The theoretical maximum reduction ratio is 4:1, capable of processing feed particles up to 4 times the gap dimension and achieving minimum particle sizes of approximately 10 Mesh (2mm).
