Working Principle
The machine operates through a sophisticated power transmission system. The main motor drives the speed reducer via V-shape triangle belts, transferring power to the main drive spindle through coupling. A split gear mechanism ensures synchronized, inverted rotation of the dual rollers at uniform speed.
The hydraulic system maintains operational pressure through a controlled circuit, with the driven roller supported by hydraulic oil cylinder pistons.
