Compatible Raw Materials
The system processes various biomass materials including sawdust, rice husk, coconut shell (recommended to crush first for optimal carbonization), bagasse, jute, agricultural waste, and wood chips.
Operating Principle
The process begins with gasifier preheating until reaching 300°C, then the screw conveyor feeds raw material into the carbonizer. As material carbonizes at 600°C, it produces combustible fuel gas that is collected, purified through filtration systems, and reused to heat the carbonizer. The system achieves self-sufficient combustion by utilizing syngas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane) produced during pyrolysis, with wood tar and wood vinegar impurities removed by the purification system.
