The PC1000×1000 hammer crusher is engineered for efficient crushing of medium-hard or brittle materials with hardness not exceeding 300Mpa and moisture content below 15%. This industrial crushing machine delivers reliable performance in processing coal, cement, gypsum, alumen, brick, tile, limestone, and similar materials.

Working Principle
The motor drives the rotor assembly at high speed within the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter through the feeding inlet where they are impacted, cut, and ground by high-speed hammer heads. A grate beneath the rotor assembly screens materials, allowing particles smaller than the grate mesh to pass through while larger materials continue to be processed until they reach the required size specifications.
