Production Process
Silica sand containing impurities is fed into washing equipment via feeding systems. Under water flow action, sand and water mix thoroughly. The sand washing machine effectively cleans the resulting slurry, dissolving dirt and impurities into water for discharge while qualified pure quartz sand moves to finished product areas.
For difficult-to-clean sand, pretreatment with attrition scrubbers removes surface-wrapped impurities before washing equipment processing, ensuring pure silica sand production.
