This comprehensive production line is designed for processing 200-300 tons per day of fluorspar ore containing lead and zinc impurities. The system utilizes proven "Sub-A" Flotation technology to achieve maximum recovery and grade of concentrate.
Process Flow Overview
The system processes conventional fluorspar ore containing lead and zinc through a multi-stage beneficiation process. Over 95% of all acid grade fluorspar worldwide is processed using this proven "Sub-A" Flotation Machine technology.
Key Processing Stages
Crushing Circuit
Primary and secondary crushing stages handle plant capacities up to 300 tons per day. Single-stage crushing is available for smaller operations processing up to 100 tons daily.
Grinding Circuit
Two-stage grinding system featuring rod mill in open circuit followed by closed circuit ball mill grinding. This configuration optimizes power efficiency and grinding performance. Selective Mineral Jig technology recovers galena and handles oxidized lead content.
Conditioning & Flotation
Advanced conditioning tanks enable sulphidization for oxidized lead flotation. Cell-to-cell flotation machines provide maximum recovery and concentrate grade, with multiple cleaning stages performed without additional pumps.
Filtration & Drying
Both lead and fluorspar concentrates undergo thickening and filtration. The specialized Fluorspar Filter with stainless steel media achieves high capacity of approximately 2000 pounds per square foot per 24 hours. Standard Dryer reduces moisture to less than 0.5% for market requirements.
