A: Tell us the model you want to order, we will send you our Proforma Invoice for your confirmation and payment,we will prepare the goods after payment is well received.

Q3: How long is the production time?

A: 3-5 days for samples, 7-10 days for bulk order.

Q4: Can we use our fragrance?

A: Yes, you can use your own fragrance if you are professional in oils. Otherwise, for better use of our machine, we suggest using our oils.

Q5: Does it need to add water?

A: You don't need to add water when using our machines.
