About Products:
1. There six small springs around middle shaft , and outside there also eight place with double spring , this structure can absorber shock , to protect such heavy truck from huge torsion.
2. On the basis of the traditional clutch, the three-stage shock absorber has an additional cushioning function, which makes the vehicle more stable and smooth when starting, overcomes the problems of vehicle jitter and engine extinguishing easily, and plays a very good role in protecting the engine and gearbox of the vehicle.
3. According to the drawing of original factory, we produce the products of the clutch disc and clutch plate and ensure the smooth completion of assembling work.
4. The friction plate of the clutch disc is heat-resistant,hard-wearing and stable because of we use the same quality material as Isuzu BVP.
5. The core components adopts the top-level technology such as hub. It use the whole forging, CNC car processing, spring window cold stamping, vertical hydraulic pull the spline, effectively ensuring the accuracy and strength of parts, as well as product performance.
