This product, different from liquid silicone - plastic overmolded baby toothbrush, which not only can produced by by Vertical Liquid Silicone Injection Molding, but also can by Horizontal LSR Injection Molding. For Vertical LSR Mold, need to demold manually, and by Horizontal Liquid Injection Molding, the finger toothbrush can demold automatically and do not need to demold one by one to save a lot of time and is more suitable for mass production.
Silicone Finger Toothbrush by liquid silicone rubber is safe, because LSR silicone is clean, plasticizer-free, tasteless, odorless and can proof water, resist oxidation and some chemical materials like acids and alkali, and can resistant to bacteria growth and can be sterilized by steam antoclaving, ethylene oxide, gamam, e-beam etc.
Infant Finger Toothbrush by LSR is durable can use for a long time, LSR with high heat resistance (working temperature: -40oC ~ 230oC), good tensile strength and tear resistace.
