Why choose silicone rubber material as remote control keypad?

The price of silicone rubber material is relatively cheap, high cost performance, which can meet the long-term use of remote control keypad.

The keypad made of silicone rubber is durability, long life, and beautiful.

Silicone rubber keypad has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, environmental resistance, electrical insulation, fatigue resistance and other characteristics.

In aim to creat a eye-catching effect,remote control keypad have multicolor buttons and keys. So there are many kinds of technology of the keypad , like key-setting, silkscreen printing, laser etching of legends (backlight effect keypad),epoxy coating or matt oil coating and so on. Also some silicone button can glow in the night that is because the silicone material mixed with fluorescent powder.

Usually, a durable silicone rubber remote keypad protective surface process like: Matting & Matt Smooth Coating, which also called as silicone oil coating; PU matt coating; Epoxy Coated Key or Silicone Button with Plastic Key Cap.

Note: Most customer would like choose Matt coating and PU coating, for these two ways are relatively economic.

While, the PU Coating has better protection than Matt Smooth, which coat is also higher.
