1. Extruder part:
The screw barrel is made of high-strength nitrided alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or high-strength quenched alloy steel (9Cr18MoV), and the main engine is driven by an AC frequency conversion controller; the temperature controller uses an intelligent temperature control meter, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±1℃ 

2. Mould part:
The mold is made of heat-stable extrusion mold special steel, and the smooth mirror flow channel provides sufficient protection for high-quality medical tubes.

3 Forming and Cooling part:
The stainless steel shaped sinks are all made of imported SUS304 stainless steel for bending and forming, with a closed structure with a full glass cover, and a special sealed blow-drying device without water splashing.
