Purpose

GM-6A Jet Grouting Drilling Rig is mainly applied for a variety of drilling techniques such as rotary drilling, auger drilling, air down-the-hole hammer drilling, follow-up drilling, and high-pressure jet grouting for construction,which is widely used in engineering fields such as tunnel pipe-shed support, advanced forecasting, deep foundation anchoring,blastholes in open-air quarrying , anti-floating anchoring, geothermal holes, hydrological wells and geological disaster control.

Features

■Wide luffing angle, the drilling rig can do multi-row and multi-angle drilling in one position, with strong adaptability.

■With crawler self-propelled function, and equipped with frame rotation device, the equipment can be moved conveniently and quickly.

■Optional orifice single clamp holder or double clamp holders, equipped with special shackle tools, it is more convenient to disassemble the drill pipe, , which effectively reduces the labor intensity and installing and disassembling drill pipe.

■Hydraulic system adopts imported brandscomponents,which is stable, reliable, and has a long service life.

■The power head adopts hydraulic speed change mode, which can be stepless speed change within a certain range, and has high and low gears.

■The console can swing and rotate, Easy observation through adjustable distance between the orifice and rig.

■The rolling sliding way of the power head,it males the drilling angle is stable and low maintenance cost .

■Modular design, the whole machine reserves the position of the spare hydraulic system, which is convenient for the later upgrade and modification of the top drive head for the top drive construction.
