The TM-NT18 ceramic pressure sensor is a high-performance piezoresistive pressure sensor manufactured using specialized ceramic substrate processes. Ceramic materials provide exceptional elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, and vibration tolerance. With thermal stability characteristics and high-temperature sintering processes, this sensor operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, delivering high precision and stability.

Working Principle
This corrosion-resistant ceramic pressure sensor operates without liquid transfer. Pressure acts directly on the ceramic diaphragm's front surface, causing minimal deformation. Thick film resistors on the diaphragm's back connect to a Wheatstone bridge (closed bridge). The piezoresistive effect generates a highly linear voltage signal proportional to pressure and excitation voltage.
Standard signals are calibrated to 2.0/3.0 mV/V depending on pressure range, ensuring compatibility with strain sensors. Laser calibration provides excellent temperature and time stability, with built-in temperature compensation for direct contact with most media.

Installation Guidelines
Core Installation: Install nylon washer on the lead surface to ensure uniform force distribution and prevent zero point instability.
Lead Welding: Preheat core body before welding to improve solderability. Avoid prolonged heating of solder joints. Use soldering iron with maximum 60W power.
Important: Do not touch or scratch the black film area. Damage to the black film will compromise internal circuitry and sensor functionality.
