The TM-NT18 ceramic pressure sensor utilizes advanced ceramic piezoresistive technology with a special manufacturing process. Ceramic materials provide exceptional elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, and vibration tolerance. With thermal stability characteristics and high-temperature sintering processes, this sensor operates reliably across -40°C to 135°C with high precision and stability.

Operating Principle
This corrosion-resistant ceramic pressure sensor operates without liquid transfer, with pressure acting directly on the ceramic diaphragm surface. Thick film resistors on the diaphragm back connect to a Wheatstone bridge, generating a linear voltage signal proportional to pressure. Standard signals are calibrated to 2.0/3.0 mV/V, compatible with strain sensors. Laser calibration ensures high temperature and time stability with built-in temperature compensation.
