Constructed with 96% ceramic material, this pressure sensor offers exceptional corrosion resistance, impact durability, high elasticity, and thermal stability. Operating temperature range spans from -40℃ to 135℃, making it ideal for demanding automotive applications.
The ceramic capacitance pressure sensor operates with direct pressure application on the ceramic diaphragm. Pressure changes create proportional capacitance variations between the base electrode and diaphragm electrode. Overload protection is built-in, with the diaphragm contacting the base without damage, ensuring performance recovery after pressure normalization.

Pre-Use Notes: Ceramic capacitance pressure sensors may be damaged if used beyond specified service conditions. Always follow manufacturer guidelines.
Welding Precautions: Use maximum 25W constant temperature soldering iron at 280-320℃ for maximum 3 seconds. Limit welding to 3 times maximum.
Storage Conditions: Store at 5-40℃ with relative humidity below 70%RH. Use within six months of delivery date.
