Microporous Atomizer Technology
The microporous atomizing sheet utilizes high-frequency piezoelectric ceramic vibration to drive water particle oscillation, creating superior spray effects. Features continuous air vibration, high current overload capacity, high temperature resistance, and continuous load fogging capability. Our microporous atomized sheets are coated with a special protective glaze layer that provides acid and alkali resistance, prevents silver layer corrosion and oxidation, and ensures non-toxic, environmentally friendly operation.
Ultrasonic Ceramic Atomizing Transducer
Surface treatment involves 700-800°C high-temperature sintering with sealing glass glaze, providing bright appearance, strong acid/alkali resistance, and a lifetime exceeding 5,000 hours. Our atomizing film has been extensively tested for stable performance, fine fog particles, high atomization capacity, corrosion resistance, and extended durability.
