Double piston effect seat design creates resultant thrust that pushes seat rings against the ball, ensuring reliable sealing under medium pressure conditions for both upstream and downstream applications.
Fire Safe Design
Ball valves ensure 100% pass of fire safe testing with dual sealing via O-ring seals and metal graphite spiral wound gaskets. When exposed to fire, non-metallic materials are protected while metal seats automatically form secondary seals to control internal and external leakage.
Double Block & Bleed (DBB)
When the ball is in closed position, each seat independently seals process medium while allowing cavity pressure bleeding through drain and vent valves for pressure flushing and seat verification.
Trunnion Support System
The ball is securely fixed by trunnion and stem for sizes 4" and smaller, while trunnion plate support is provided for sizes 6" and larger to ensure stable operation and extended service life.
