Sealing Options
Soft seat: Metal to Metal O-Ring seal providing reliable sealing, low torque operation, and suitability for particulate media conditions.
Double Block & Bleed (DBB)
When closed, each seat independently seals process medium between up/down stream and body cavity, allowing cavity pressure bleeding through drain and vent valves for pressure flushing and seat verification.
Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB)
Double piston effect seat design where medium pressure creates thrust pushing seat ring against ball, requiring cavity pressure relief to prevent over-pressure buildup.
Grease Injection System
Standard on DN150 (NPS 6) and larger sizes, with optional availability for DN125 and smaller. Provides emergency sealing capability when O-rings are damaged.
