Fire Safe Design
Ball valves ensure 100% pass of fire safe testing with dual sealing design using O-ring seals and metal graphite spiral wound gaskets. Compliant with API 607, API 6FA, BS 6755, JB/T 6899 standards.
Double Block & Bleed (DBB)
When closed, each seat independently seals process medium between upstream/downstream and body cavity, allowing trapped cavity pressure bleeding through drain and vent valves.
Double Isolation & Bleed (DIB)
Double piston effect seat design creates resultant thrust pushing seat ring against ball, requiring cavity pressure relief to prevent overpressure buildup.
Sealing Options
Soft seat configuration with metal-to-metal O-ring seal provides reliable sealing, low torque operation, and suitability for particulate media conditions.
Trunnion Support System
Ball is fixed by trunnion and stem for sizes 4" and smaller, with trunnion plate support for sizes 6" and larger.
