Triple safety protection with three independent stem seals: NBR wiper ring for external dirt protection, polyamide bearing with 4 NBR O-rings against galvanic corrosion, and EPDM rubber manchette as main hydraulic seal.
Unique assembly ensures durable tightness with round rubber bonnet gasket in recessed position, preventing blow-out during pressure surges. Countersunk stainless steel bolts sealed with hot melt eliminate corrosion risk.
Fixed integral wedge nut reduces movable parts, minimizing corrosion and malfunction risks. Dezincification-resistant brass provides optimum compatibility with stainless steel stem.
Ductile iron core fully vulcanized with drinking water approved EPDM rubber internally and externally. No iron parts exposed to medium, preventing creeping corrosion.
