CNC Turning
We have 50 CNC lathes, which provide the processing capacity of producing 1 million pieces per year. We have high-precision (± 0.002) digital lathe processing. The turning range is from 1mm to 1200mm. Shaft, rod, tube, and circular machining are the main machining types of turning. The surface processing of non-concentric parts such as knurling can be completed through special tooling fixtures. CNC turning services is especially suitable for the processing of large quantities of parts.
CNC Milling
We have 30 CNC milling machines, which provide the processing capacity of 100,000 pieces per year, which can ensure that all surfaces are processed in place. We have high-precision (± 0.005) CNC milling, and the milling range is from 1mm to 1500mm. Surface, groove, taper surface, hole, special-shaped surface and other processing are the main processing scope of CNC milling services. Our enterprise has realized the networked control of multiple machine tools to realize the synchronous implementation and monitoring of the production process.
4/5 Axis CNC Machining
We have 5 sets of 4-axis machining centers, 10 sets of 5-axis machining centers, providing an annual processing capacity of 100000
pieces. 4 axis CNC machining, five axis CNC, processing parts from all kinds of screws, propellers (fan blades), precision gears
and other complex products that need to be continuously positioned without replacing parts, especially large complex shapes parts.
