Here are the process of filling bellow for clearer idea,very simple to operate according the steps:
1.Place the cylinder on the empty scale platform and scan the cylinder barcode(press the scan key, and the laser line will be aligned with barcode symbol)
2. Open the valve(pressure handle) and start filling.If with electronic solenoid valve,the valve will be open automatically after cylinder be checked.
3.When gas filling reaches to setting amount,the gas filling machine will automatically cut-off.And the data will be transmitted into software system. You could check from lpg gas software system,who did the operation,when,and which size of gas bottle have been filled with how many LPG propane gas,also you could do statistics and analysis.
4. The software system updates in real time and uploads the filling data to the network platform.
