Q: What about the lead time?
A:It depends on the order quantity. In general, lead time is about 5-7 working days. For samples, the delivery could be as fast as same day.
Q: What technical support can I get after purchase?
A:Data sheet and operation manual will be provided to dear you. Our sales engineer will be answering your questions any time.
Q: If there is LED failure, how can you support?
A:Customers provide pictures of the failed products or the samples rejected, the engineer will analyze the failure and find out the reasons. If the failure was caused by the product quality, we will compensate with qualified replacement!
