Product Description

MGTSV mining fiber optic cable is designed for harsh underground environments with high safety standards. It adopts a structure where 250μm fibers are housed in loose tubes made of high-modulus materials filled with waterproof gel. A steel wire sits at the center as the strength member. For cables with a larger core count, a polyethylene (PE) layer is extruded over the central reinforcement.

Loose tubes and fillers are stranded around the core to form a compact cable body, and water-blocking materials are applied to fill all gaps. The core is then wrapped with a longitudinally applied double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP), followed by an inner PE sheath and a blue flame-retardant PVC outer jacket.

MGTSV cables meet coal mine safety regulations and hold required safety certifications. They offer reliable communication performance during emergency conditions, reducing operational risks and losses.
