The GCYFY air-blown micro-cable utilizes a stranded loose tube construction, engineered with entirely non-metallic reinforcements and a non-armored design. This structure makes the cable exceptionally lightweight and flexible.
This cable is specifically designed for installation within a pre-installed outer protective conduit. The deployment method involves first placing smaller micro-ducts inside this main conduit. Subsequently, the GCYFY micro-cable is propelled through these micro-ducts using a jetting or air-blowing technique. This modern installation process transcends the traditional limitations associated with pulling heavy, conventional cables.
By adopting this air-blown system, the capacity and utilization efficiency of the existing duct space are significantly maximized. More importantly, it provides a highly scalable and future-proof solution for network growth.
