GYTC8S Optical Cable Overview
GYTC8S is a self-supporting outdoor aerial fiber optic cable designed with a stranded loose tube structure, supporting 1 to 144 fibers. Its construction integrates a messenger wire, PE sheath, fiber-filled loose tubes, and corrugated steel tape armor. The combination of armor and PE outer jacket ensures strong crush resistance and even protection against impact damage.
The central steel wire serves as the main strength member, providing excellent tensile performance, while the surrounding loose tubes and water-blocking materials enhance fiber protection. With its robust design, GYTC8S is ideal for aerial installation and widely used in long-distance transmission as well as LAN communication networks.
