The Herringbone Milking Parlor include the following functions:

1. Recycling Residual Milk System:

After finished milking, the surplus milk will come into the collecting tanks with the help of sponge ball and butterfly valve,

which decreased bacteria and saved labor, water and electricity and increased income.

This system is our unique advantage from other factories.

2. Half-automatic cleaning system:

After recycling the milk, add Acid&Alkali Cleaning Solution by human and washing the milking parlor (water flow).

3. Common Cow Exit Canopy Frame:

All cows enter the frame through one exit, after milking, all cows out through another exit one by one.

Technical Parameters:

Other quantity of heads could also be made according to your actual requirements.

Delivery Issue:

1. Every order should use a WHOLE container to put goods, as the milking parlor have too many parts.

2. A milk cooling tank is good for you to buy along with the milking parlor together in order to save installation fee for you.

3. After you received All parts for milking parlor, pay attention to put all parts into a sealed room to avoid missing.

Installation Policy:

1. After the buyer received the milking parlor, the seller will send two engineers to the buyer’s site to guide installation, adjust the whole system and train labors within 7~10 days.
2. The buyer should bear the cost include actual expenses for the visa, round-trip tickets, insurance, accommodation and labor of engineers. The labor charge for each engineer is USD80 per day.
3. Tools for installation should be provided by the buyer, the seller will provide detailed tool list.
