The application of separation gel can effectively eliminate the interference of hemoglobin in red blood cells on nudeic acid detection test. The separated specimens can be stored in a-70"C environment for free storage.
2. It is sterilized by cobalt 60 irradiation to ensure no Dnase, Rnase, no heat source.
