PURFIED WATER TANK AND TRANSFER PUMP

The purified water is stored in insulated water tank ,then is transported to the used water points by circulating pump .The circulating pump of pure water is controlled by VFD and interlocked with flowmeter on returned water pipeline and liquid level of pure water tank . The pure water tank is controlled and tested by liquid level of pure water tank . There are 4 points in pure water tank .

• To close inlet valve when the water liquid level exceed high-high limit ,meanwhile alarm ;
• To close inlet valve when the water liquid level exceed high limit;
• To open inlet valve when the water liquid level is lower than the middle limit;
• To start circulating pump of pure water when the water liquid level is higher than the middle limit ;
• To stop circulating pump of pure water when the water liquid level is lower than low-low limit .
