The solid impurities trapped in the filter paper surface, a small amount of water is absorbed by the wool stoma of filter paper.The filtration pressure is normal not over 0.3MPa, when there is too much deposition impurity on the filter paper surface, the filter pressure is increased to 0.35 MPa, or when the moisture of filter paper absorption is close to saturation state, residual moisture in the oil filter no longer falls, it should be replaced the filter paper. When the oil has a high viscosity,it can be preheating again, in order to reduce the viscosity for reusing.This kind of oil filter machine can remove the solid impurities and a small amount of water, it is suitable for the general electric oil and lubricating oil refining.
