FFU is short for fan filter unit.it is a kind of air supply device which has motive power and filtering function.air is brought in top of FFU as passing through Hepa filters.filtered air comes out of outlet evenly,modules connection running.
FFU provides clean air and particle controlling.FFU is installed on ceiling of clean room(25% to 100% cover rate),general dimension is 2'*2'or 2'*4' or 4'*4' or the other custom size per our customer request
Features
1. Product Material
a. Box structure:SGLD.(stainless steel for optional)
b. The air intake have detachable Fan protecting net and air flow deflecting ring, Could ensure air flow smooth,
and protect safety in construction.
c. Around the Fan box corner have clapboard, to help connect HEAP filter.
d. Fan:
(a) Type: Centrifugal Fan.
(b) Impeller Material: Plastic/Aluminum.
(c) Air Velocity: 0.35m/s-0.62m/s,Adjustable Speed. Initial resistance:≤130Pa, Final resistance :≤200Pa.
(d) High static pressure can overcome the pressure loss of filter/diffuser plate/elevated floor/clean room/dry coil and return duct.
(e) Noise Level: <58dB(A)(0.45m/s)
(f) Power: Single phase 220V 50Hz (can be equiped with a change-over plug to suitable for your local voltage).
(g) Terminal box: three-hole quick power connection.
(h) AC power plugs:China CPCS-CCC (Type I).
2. Control System
a. Optional centralized control: FFU group control system, field and remote ON/OFF control is adopted, and the running state of FFU loop is brought into the central monitoring of the factory by signal.The central control computer can operate FFU start, stop and speed regulation, and display the running and overload status of FFU.
b. Provide indication of failure and downtime.
3. HEAP Filter
a. Filter Materil: H13/h14(99.97-99.99%@0.3μm)Fiberglass.
b. Frame: Aluminum Alloy.
C. Filter has been strictly tested before leaving factory, could provide test report.
