1. Preparation:

   • Open lid, remove drums, and fill water to high-level line (use distilled water).

   • Turn on power; standby indicator will light up.

   • Stack items on sieve plates with 20*20*10 cm package spacing; include sterilization indicator.

2. Loading & Closing:

   • Place drum in container and close lid by turning the hand wheel clockwise. Do not overtighten to avoid gasket damage.

3. Setting Parameters:

   • Adjust temperature and sterilization time according to material type. Refer to sterilization parameter table.

4. Sterilization:

   • Autoclave will heat to target temperature and maintain sterilization time automatically.

5. Completion:

   • After sterilization, allow pressure to return to normal, then open lid carefully.
