Material and structure:
1. Substrate: The stampable thin steel plate is used as the substrate, which has good strength and processing performance and can meet the stamping, bending and other forming requirements in the production process of food cans.
2. Tin-plated layer: The tin film is evenly plated on the steel plate substrate through the electrolytic process. The thickness of the tin layer is thin and uniform, and can be precisely controlled according to different food packaging requirements.
Performance characteristics:
1. Excellent corrosion resistance: In the inner wall of a food can filled with a complex mixture (or in a weak acid solution) and with a certain vacuum, the potential of tin is lower than that of the matrix material iron.
