Thickness and strength grade:
0.2mm is a medium-thin tinplate, suitable for small and medium-sized metal cans (such as beverage cans and food cans); DR8 stands for deep drawing quality, which means that the material has excellent stamping forming performance and can withstand multiple stretching deformations without breaking, suitable for manufacturing cans with complex shapes (such as beer cans and aerosol cans).
Tin plating amount and structure:
The thickness of the tin layer is usually 2.8/2.8g/m² (double-sided), and it is evenly attached to the surface of the low-carbon steel plate through the electroplating process to form a composite structure of "steel base - tin layer - passivation layer - paint layer", taking into account both mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
