TFS is electrolytic chromium coated steel with superior paintability and paint adhesion. Excellent sulfide stain resistance makes it suitable for food applications with inside coating.

Primarily used for packaging foodstuffs and beverages, plus containers for oils, grease, paints, polishes, chemicals, aerosol containers, caps, and closures.

Most frequently used for can tops, screw and lug caps, snap and press-on closures, and shallow-drawn food cans.
