Hot Melt Adhesive Film:
We have two kinds of Hot Melt Adhesive Film: PO/TPU.
Hot Melt Adhesive Film has two parts: the Film part and the Release Paper part on its back. The Film part is not adhesive under the normal temperature. When it reaches its melting point, the Film part has strong adhesion so that the two materials can be adhered to each other permanently and firmly with the technology of heat press by using the hot press machine.
PO Hot Melt Adhesive Film is widely used to glue Embroidery Patches/Badges, Woven Labels to Fabrics; the permanent bonding of Textile Fabrics; the permanent bonding of Metals Materials, such as Aluminum Plates, Metal Plates and Stainless Steel Plates;
TPU Hot Melt Adhesive Film is widely used for the permanent bonding of Seamless Underwear and to glue Elastic Fabrics, such as Cotton Fabrics and Spandex Fabrics.

2. Do you accept OEM or ODM?
Sure, we accept OEM and ODM. We have over 14-year experience in manufacturing Embroidery Hot Melt Film and Hot Melt Adhesive Films for bonding Reflective Materials, Leather, Embroidery Patches, Badges, Labels, Textile Fabrics, Seamless Underwear, Aluminum Plates, Metal Plates and Stainless Steel Plates.
3. How do you transport the products?
If you are not urgent, we usually transport by ship because it is the cheapest way. But for the West Asia area,
we deliver by train because there is no sea to ship. And for samples and urgent cargo, we transport it by air as it is the fastest way. If you have other better idea about transport, it can be discussed by us.
