Product Principle
Insulating glass consists of two or more glass pieces, with a hollow aluminum alloy frame in between that is filled with desiccant. The hollow space is also filled with dry air or an inert gas. The aluminum alloy frame and the glass are separated by butyl glue and bonded and sealed using polysulfide glue or structural glue to ensure a strong seal.
Sound insulation:
In general, hollow glass can reduce noise by approximately 30 decibels. However, insulating glass that is filled with inert gas can further reduce noise by an additional 5 decibels based on the original noise level. This means that insulating glass can reduce an 80 decibel noise to 45 decibels, creating an environment that is exceptionally quiet.

Anti-frosting:
In the environment with large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter, frosting will occur on single-layer glass doors and windows, the use of insulating glass has no frosting.
