Application: It is a replaceable HEPA unit , widely used in the technical field hospitals, pharmaceutical, semiconductor , LCD manufacturing,precision machinery, optical , etc. Body surface using electrostatic spray treatment, corrosion resistance, tank seal design further enhancesits uniqueness .
Frame: cold roll steel with coated/ SS304
Filter: Gel seal HEPA filter or mini pleat hepa filter,
supported and fixed by four sides press lock to facilitate the replacement
Air control: manual valve or actuator
Diffusing plate: coated cold steel/coated aluminum/SS304
EN 1822 efficiency: H14.U15
MPPS efficiency: H14: ≥99.995%
DOP efficiency: H14: ≥ 99.999%.
Recommended final pressure drop: 600 Pa.
Temperature: 70°C maximum in continuous service.
Test: 100% individually scanned to EN 1822.
Mounting system: Mechanical clamping structure,
Optional: Butterfly regulating device for controlling the valve to adjust the amount of inlet air flow in clean room.
This device can be rotated directly from the bottom to control the valve which is connected by a metal screw between the butterfly valve, so that adjusting the interior air flow conveniently.
PAO Dust dispersing port, PAO upstream sampling test port. Ports are for testing air leakage for each HEPA box connected with testing device hose.
