Sound insulation:
generally hollow glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels,
and insulating glass filled with inert gas can be reduced by about 5 decibels on the original basis, 80 decibel noise is reduced to 45 decibels and is extremely quiet.

Anti-frosting:
In the environment with large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor in winter, frosting will occur on single-layer glass doors and windows, the use of insulating glass has no frosting.
