Class 10 Dust-Free Clean Room Workshop

The Class level 10 clean room dust-free workshop standard is based on "the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air" as a measure of the cleanliness of the device. "Ten-level dust-free workshop" means that the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um in each cubic of air is less than 10.
