ISO 5 Class 100 Dust-Free Clean Room Workshop

The Class level 100 clean room dust-free workshop standard is based on "the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air" as a measure of the cleanliness of the device. " Class 100 dust-free workshop" means that the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um in each cubic of air is less than 100.

The main function of the 100-class clean room is to control the cleanliness, temperature and humidity of the atmosphere that the product is connected to, so that the product can be produced and manufactured in a good environment.

The dust-free workshop project is mainly composed of the following systems:

air filtration system, environmental monitoring system, fire alarm system, people flow system, process piping system, power system, lighting system, maintenance structure and electrostatic ground treatment systems.
