ISO 6 Class 1000 Dust-Free Clean Room Factory Design And Construction

The Class1000 dust-free workshop standard is based on "the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air" as a measure of cleanliness. "Class 1000 dust-free workshop" means that the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air is less than 1,000. Class 1000 dust-free workshop mainly filters dust particles ≥0.5um, and its air supply volume is generally more than 50 times per hour according to the number of air changes.

The dust-free workshop project is mainly composed of the following systems:

air filtration system, environmental monitoring system, fire alarm system, people flow system, process piping system, power system, lighting system, maintenance structure and electrostatic ground treatment systems. The air-conditioning purification system project includes the entire equipment, equipment matching and construction installation.
