ISO 7 Class 10000 Clean Room Purification Project Aseptic And Dust-Free Workshop Decoration

The 10,000-class dust-free workshop standard is based on "the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um per cubic meter of air" as a measure of its cleanliness. "Class 10000 dust-free workshop" means that the number of dust particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.5um in each cubic of air is less than 10,000.

Class 10,000 clean room has no special requirements for temperature and humidity. It is advisable to wear clean work clothes. The temperature is generally controlled at 20-22°C in winter and 24-26°C in summer, ±2°C. The humidity in the clean room in winter is controlled at 30-50%, and the humidity in the clean room in summer is controlled at 50-70%

The dust-free workshop project is mainly composed of the following systems:
