Laminar Flow Negative Pressure Weighing Booth

 Weighing Booth also know as laminar flow booth, dispensing booth is for the pharmaceutical, microbiological research and scientific experiments and other places dedicated local purification equipment, which provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, some clean air circulation in the work area, partly discharged to the nearby area, so that the work area produce negative pressure to prevent cross contamination in order to ensure the high clean class level of the working area.

Structure

This equipment is assembled by the working area, the return air box, the fan box, the air supply box and the outer casing.

The control panel is located on the front of the internal working area of ​​the equipment. The control panel adopts the inverter control system, which can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the frequency of the fan, and adjust the wind speed required in the work area (when the equipment is installed and used, the frequency must be adjusted by a dedicated person).

There are two differential pressure sensors below it to test the resistance of the high-efficiency HEPA filter (when the pressure exceeds 1.5 times the initial pressure, which is greater than 280Pa, please replace the high-efficiency HEPA filter).

There are 4 sockets on the lower side of the control panel, 220V, 10A sockets are used for temporary power supply for weighing equipment.

The return air area is equipped with pre and medium-efficiency filters to ensure the cleanliness of the return air. There is a fan part on the upper part, and a high-efficiency filter is arranged at the air outlet of the fan to ensure the cleanliness of the air supply.

There is also an exhaust air regulating plate inside the air supply box body, which can adjust the exhaust air volume of the equipment within a reasonable range (after the equipment is installed in place, it should be tested by professionals and do not adjust without authorization). Equipped with a flow film on the wind surface, the clean air flow through the flow film and the air supply panel will become uniform and straight, which ensures the cleanliness of the working area and also makes the working area negative pressure.

The lighting lamp is located on the top surface of the equipment and adopts the purification lighting lamp for clean room.
