Product Descript
Welded wire mesh is constructed with two orthogonal wires that are joined together at their intersections using a resistance welding process to form a grid. The line wires of the grid are guided through the welder using a pattern board.
Welded wire mesh consists of perpendicular wire strands that are welded at each intersection. This results in a solid construction that maintains its shape when stressed, with larger open areas than typical woven wire mesh. Because the individual wires are welded at the joints, thinner wires can be used over larger spaces while remaining strong and stable. Materials include carbon steel, galvanized steel and stainless wire mesh.
