Pyrolytic Boron Nitride is an advanced ceramic material produced with 99.999% purity through Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process under high temperature and vacuum conditions. The manufacturing reaction involves ammonia and boron halide: NH₃ + BX₃ = BN + 3HX.
