1. Both of the line wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically.

2. The side cutters can be adjusted to make mesh rolls at same time. The machine has 4 cutters in the middle of the machine which to make 5 rolls mesh at same time.

3. The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel to adjust the welding degree.

4. The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.

5. The mesh roll length can be set by counter switch on the control panel. (For example, if 25m mesh length, 25mm cross wire space, the number should set 1001.)

6. About electric parts

New type machine use Delixi brand breaker, Schneider brand electric parts.

Old type machine use common brand electric parts, no inverter.

7. About the steel plate and bottom material

On the back of the new type machine, we use 1.5mm steel plate, on the bottom we use square steel;

Old type machine use 0.2mm steel plate and angle iron, not stable.
